DISCOVER OUR MANUFACTURING EXPERTISE SINCE 1980.

1980 – CMI was established to supply parts for THAI KAWASAKI (motorbikes). Around the same time, the company began working with plastic and aluminum materials, including metal painting processes.

1996 – Received three prestigious awards from ISUZU for: COST REDUCTION ACTIVITY, DELIVERY CO-OPERATION, BEST IN DELIVERY

1997 – Despite the impact of the Asian Financial Crisis (TOM YUM KUNG), CMI continued to excel and received two awards from ISUZU.

2000 – Achieved QS-9000 certification and began affiliation with FORD and ICL, marking the start of CMI'S journey in automotive accessories production.

2006 – Achieved ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification, a technical specification developed by the INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE TASK FORCE (IATF) in cooperation with ISO, focusing on quality management in the automotive sector.

2010 – Started chrome part production for ICL, marking a significant expansion in product capabilities.

2011 – Received the first-ever award from ICL, recognizing CMI'S quality and service performance.

2012 –  CMI initiated its first interior product development project—an armrest for MMTH—through close collaboration with the client. This project marked a significant milestone, as the product received an exceptional market response and achieved outstanding sales performance 

2015  – CMI’s first OEM part delivery to MMTH, beginning with the Front Under Garnish. This achievement, driven by the strength of its aerodynamic design, represented a significant step forward in establishing CMI as a trusted OEM parts supplier . 

2017 – A golden year for CMI, receiving awards from both TOYOTA and ISUZU, highlighting the company's growing reputation across leading OEMs.

2018 – Successfully certified to IATF 16949:2016, the current global quality management standard for the automotive industry.

2018 – Another challenging milestone was the development of CMI’s first electrical component: a wireless rocker plate. The project brought together skilled personnel in electrical engineering, along with the support of strategic supplier partners, to successfully realize this innovation 

2019 – Selected by ISUZU to produce the entire X-SERIES PROGRAM, the challenging milestone project for CMI that brought changes in company layout and new warehouse network.

2021 – Marked the first time CMI received the KAIZEN AWARD from TDEM, recognizing its commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

2023 – Achieved ISO 14001:2015 certification, the international standard for ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (EMS). This certification reflects CMI’s dedication to managing its environmental responsibilities in a systematic, efficient, and sustainable way.

2023 – One of the key milestones in establishing CMI as a Toyota supplier was the successful delivery of parts to TMT, accompanied by the adoption of the customer’s Supply Chain Platform (SCP). This integration significantly enhanced business opportunities while also deepening CMI’s expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations
